GET 1.3 version

I'm not sure when exactly but the server may be getting overhauled in the future to update many mods.  After that happens that will be the last time we do it until the 1.3 mods are made.  Good news is that after 1.3 comes out every mod with be both client and server.  WOOT.  Keep

server is up and running with the addition of a IC2 addon called MFFS

Server is up and running.  Nothing changed with the mods.  reverting to a lower form of EE2 requires a older version of Forge and i'm not downgrading it.  Sorry.  Lets just hope EE3 comes out soon.
